Chris acquired his extensive tax experiences while working for KPMG and Deloitte & Touche for over 10 years combined. His experience includes managing worldwide effective tax rate, IPO positioning, international merger and acquisition, transfer pricing, offshore IP holding companies, cost-sharing arrangements as well as profit expatriation strategies.
Chris has a bachelor degree in economics, master degrees in accounting and taxation, and a MBA in finance degree. He is a CPA registered in California and a member of AICPA.
